Due to the nature of these bespoke made to order items we do not offer a refund on any orders that have been completed. However if you do experience an issue with your item please get in contact to see if we can resolve the matter.

Please note that certain hair/fur will be transparent when cast into resin and due to the bespoke nature of our items, each piece will vary according to the colours and encasements chosen. The base colours will interact differently with each type and colour of encasement to create a unique look each time, meaning that images of past work cannot be relied upon to give a 100% accurate representation of what your individual piece will look like. If you have a very specific idea of how you would like your item to look please do get in touch to let us know so we can make sure it turns out just the way you want. If we do not have instruction from you, we use our experience and knowledge to select the best parts of your encasements to enhance the overall look of your piece.
We only require half a teaspoon of ashes or a pinch of hair to be sent to us. Whatever does not get used gets safely re-packed and sent back with your item. If your'e sending Hedgehog Quills we require a minimum of 3 (5/6 is best).
