Due to the nature of these bespoke made to order items we do not offer a refund on any orders that have been completed. However if you do experience an issue with your item please get in contact to see if we can resolve the matter.

Additional Information: 

We only require half a teaspoon of ashes or a pinch of hair to be sent to us. Whatever does not get used gets safely re-packed and sent back with your item.  If your'e sending Hedgehog Quills we require a minimum of 3. 

 Pavé settings are susceptible to stone-loss. In addition, each retaining metal grain is susceptible to damage from the crystal itself if knocked. We would like to make you aware that this particular ring is set using the pavé tecnique and is therefore more likely than others to lose a small stone if worn regularly. We do our very best to check every piece of jewellery for defects before it is sent out to our clients, if you find that your item is not in perfect condition please refer to our policies on our T&Cs page.

OUR STANDARD TURNAROUND TIME, FROM RECEIVING YOUR KIT TO DELIVERY, IS 8 WEEKS.

We give an estimated turn around time for each order of approximately 8 weeks from the date we receive your kit. This timeframe does not apply to orders requiring a custom ring size, we will order in your piece once we recieve your size, if this is delayed it will push the expected finish date back (as will late returns of your kit). This may also change if third parties who are involved with supplying Healing Hearts Jewellery, or courier services transporting them, experience delays. You are purchasing your items in the full knowledge that delays may occur at any time, and these dates given are estimates only. We do, however, try our utmost to meet deadlines stated for special occasions.
